I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NeuronicWorks (North York, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
In a single word "Horrible". Initially had a phone interview and was called for an in-person interview with the PMO lead. That interview was divided in two parts. First with the HR AGAIN and then with PMO lead. The interview went okay and I was called in for final round with President after 3 weeks. That interview was not very professional and I could not understand what they were trying to figure out. Anyhow after that I have not heard from them even after following up. This is the horrible part of the process. Someone invests so much time for these many rounds, but the company, specially the HR does not have the decency to let the interviewee know the status. I would strongly recommend not to to even take the interview if you have a choice. The pay would also be not that extraordinary as it appeared from the conversations with HR. Anyhow to sum it up not a positive experience and definitely not a company to work for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Soft Skills and Project Management related questions. More about my experience and how I can handle different situations.
Dear candidate,
we apologize if you had no follow up email from us. It is true there were 2 candidates for the second level interview and the other gentleman received an offer from us. The reason you could not understand the questions shows that eventually there was not enough experience in the industry we are in, or the type of complex engineering projects that need to manage. We wish you success in your future endeavours.
