To clarify, our first interview is intended to be a quick meet and greet to put a face to name and see if it is a good fit for both sides. Additionally the second and third interviews are much more in depth and detailed. We apologize that this was not clarified and we do agree that regardless of this each individual should feel as if they were properly interviewed so we do intend upon looking into this further.
