Interview
There was a quick zoom screening and then I met with two people from the creative team. The questions were kind of difficult and they ended up hiring an intern.
Interview process needs some improvements. I had to decline on further interviewing, as it was getting excessive and dragged for months. There wasn’t a clear direction on where my candidacy stood, so ultimately my time mattered more.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at New Honor Society (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2016
Interview
Interview process was lengthy. There were two in-person interviews before a writing and skills test. Then there was personality questionnaire HR uses to see how you'd fit in with management styles.
