Initial phone interview, then interview with the HR director, then interview with future employee. Job posted in March, interviews spanned April and May while decision was made the end of June and began work the beginning of July. This was for position at New Mexico Community Foundation (NMCF).
In 2010 it became clear that NMCF had no ability to sustain nor the will to fundraise to continue the initiative. We were informed that we would be moving to another agency, if we chose to go, with a huge cut in pay and benefits. We also would need to apply for a downgraded position.
