New Mexico State University interview questions

This was for a position with their Global Careers team. Interview was extremely cookie cutter. Whenever they throw up a slide show on a Zoom interview & each interviewer asks a question from the slide - it’s overly corporate. They aren’t really engaging to see your fit, they are hiring the role not a person. Also, new information arises - managing 7 people??! For that little pay - come on now. You really expect someone to manage 6+ people for less than six figures AND you want them to build out the department? Do better.
