      Account Executive - Solplicity Interview

      19 Oct 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sherman Oaks, CA
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at New Paradigm (Sherman Oaks, CA) in Oct 2016

      Interview

I called in after receiving an email that they reviewed my application. I was able to schedule an in person preliminary interview. Pretty standard interview discussing my background and experience, what I could bring to this company, and asking me questions. I then shadowed one of their current Account Executives later that same day and was able to sit down with the hiring manager that Friday to discuss final details of working there. I ended up not taking the position because I was offered the same position by a company closer to my home. Overall pretty standard interview process for this industry.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Experience, how it applied, what I want to gain from position, where I see myself 5 years from today.
