I interviewed at New Strait Times Press (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
It was structured and well conducted. The interviewers were well balanced, one a little more stricter than others, but kept me at ease. They made jokes but also ensured that I was given proper information about the role. They also made us do a writing test prior, and then asked questions based on the topic that I wrote, which was good, because I had confidence in replying about something I knew.

Interview
Approached by head editor via email, corresponded for a while. Met for lunch, showed writing samples via email. This back and forth actually went on for quite a while as we were trying to decide what content I would be best suited to provide for the newspaper.
