Quick response and engagement from recruiter, quickly scheduled a super informative interview, and then a ride along that gives you the ins and outs of the role and the type of energy required to be successful.
A couple zoom/over the computer interviews. If they like you enough they'll bring you on a "ride along" which is just a day in the office shadowing somebody. Then from there they'll hire you.
