Three-step interview process.
For the first interview, research the company, and prepare to be asked "What do you know about NLY?"
The second interview with a partner discusses a lot about what you would be doing this is when they offer you a position or not.
The third interview talks about how they will train you.

Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
