There was one phone screen and one on-site interview. Had the process continued, there would have been another on-site interview. The title of "business analyst" does not match the job description at all. They want a computer science person to primarily handle phone IT support, there is little to no business knowledge required for the position. Also, the offer for an interview came almost a month after the phone screen. The hiring manager continued to call and email me repeatedly even after I told him that I was overseas and could not call back and did not have consistent access to email. I was told to call to schedule an in person interview as soon as I cleared customs, which I found to be unreasonable. I was also told that they would call me the next day to see if they could fit me in that day. I found it unreasonable to expect an interview with no notice. In the interview itself, I was asked uncomfortable questions such as my opinions on elected officials, political issues, and such controversial topics as the Freddie Grey riots. Disparaging commentary was made about my hometown and the people who live there. The interview was a very uncomfortable experience, and afterwards, I asked to be removed from consideration for the position.
