The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening, followed by technical and managerial discussions evaluating skills, problem-solving ability, cultural fit, and concluding with final HR alignment and offer discussion
Phone screen with HR, followed by another phone screen with HR. Then technical screen with data scientist, followed by take home assessment. Never heard back following this.
The whole process was ridiculous. It was incredibly difficult to schedule anything with HR, updates were few and far between. I was asked to spend 10 hours on a take home assessment and never received any feedback. HR never responded to any of my emails. Overall, very unprofessional and very disappointing.
