NewPage interview questions

Applied through company website. Received an email if I was interested in talking with them. Had a phone interview and then was brought in for an interview with two leads on the team and then the two managers.

It was very nice, straightforward interview questions. Very professional and well organized. Also included a plant tour. Overall, good experience, however gave off the air that they were not happy with their upper management, and the company was very divided.
