Disjointed. I was asked to come in for an interview. I was told I'd be meeting with two specific people, only one showed up. The questions asked were tired and formulaic. Answers to my questions about the company and job requirements were vague and evasive, at best. I did not receive any contact after the interview and found the company very unprofessional.
