An HR recruiter reached out to me with a very polite email saying she thought I was a good fit and wanted to set up an interview, which we did. I dialed in at the appointed time, waited 5 minutes and sent a "Does this time still work for you?" email. When noone joined the Zoom meeting, I sent an email saying something like "I assume something unexpected happened to prevent you from joining our call. Let's plan to reschedule." Never heard another thing from them. I actually sent a follow-up after that because the woman who reached out to me was so polite and I was concerned. Nothing. Left me with a poor impression of the company.
