It was institutional with multiple rounds consisting of conversations with each member of the team. I was asked questions that displayed my character and work style so that the team could identify if I was a good fit. I was also asked technical questions that provided the team an idea of my knowledge base.

Zoom interview with team members. Asked conversational questions and what current role looks like. Discussed team structure and reason for hire along with the business they do. Nice people who seem to run a good system.
Interview was straightforward, but culture seemed off. Many of the interviewers seemed unhappy and ready for a new job. Half the team ended up leaving shortly after my interview. Seemed to work on interesting deals, but not worth the lack of work life balance.
