Newtec interview questions

Initial HR phone screening call for an hour. Although its a senior position, the HR person avoided mentioning senior in the email invitation nor during the phone call. I expect its for negotiating a downgrade to a project manager position later just incase my qualifications didn’t met his expectations! A second interview was planned with the Direct PMO manager through Skype. At the time agreed she sent a message asking for postponing the call to 1 hour later. I came after 1 hour and waited for extra 15 minutes then asked her if she is ready. She carelessly replied that she is having a busy day & better to postpone to a later date. Showing great patience, We agreed on another date few days later. Before one day of the new date she popped out with a message through Skype that she is still busy and won’t be able to attend the interview. She then disappeared without proposing another date. I sent an email withdrawing my application due to the careless attitude and normally no one replied.
