Overall a sensible process, the video assessment and psychometric tests seemed difficult to fail. The group assessment was challenging but ultimately appropriate for the position. I would interview again given the chance.

Assessment centre was with other candidates testing ability to tackle case study problems surrounding supply chain efficiency.
