I applied at Nexperia workday and it took 2 weeks to be noticed by their talent inquisition. The first part was the initial interview where they'll assess the communication skills of the candidate, here are some of the questions that I remembered:
- Introduce yourself.
- Do you have affiliation on your previous organization?
- Kindly walk me through your research and biggest project previously.
- How did you handle stress and pressure at work?
For the technical interview, basically they'll assess the candidates skills in data engr. Most of the questions are about OOP in java, and SQL. Dont be afraid to this questions, it's relatively simple and they dont ask anything beyond what you've mentioned on your resume. Before answering technical question think first and don't just state the meaning of it. Also add when and why do we use a specific concept.
