Next Novity is product based company. It mainly works on GST and Android applications. It consists of 4 rounds -programming written test, programming execution round ,HR interview,CEO. The programming execution round is given for 30 minutes.

I went through recruiter. The process took 10 days. 1st round was f2f they asked about Java questions and they go through resume and end of the 1st round we'll call back after 2 days. After 2 days they called and said you got shortlisted for 2nd round.. Again I went there it was program execution round I wrote programs and waited for 10 mins. And they called inside and said to show any apps I developed. I showed some basics related to html css and js. Finally he said I will send one project to your mail and submit it come after 5 dayz. But I didn't get any mail from company.. Don't play with employees.. Say there itself if the person is not eligible for the role.
