Interview with HR. Had interview scheduled but the recruiter cancelled on me at the last minute due to some “emergency.” Rescheduled and had a very informal, “get to know you” style interview format. Didn’t’ t hear anything for a couple of weeks, so reached out for an update. Ghosted. Very typical of toxic and incompetent companies.

I applied and received a follow up for a phone interview same day. The process was clear and communicative, until it wasn't. Met with three different people, two coworkers and the VP. The two coworkers was supposed to be a "cultural fit" interview but it was not. It was just another interview where I was asked the same questions
