Interviewed by the CEO.
The CEO has high expectations, is straightforward and hard-headed. Very confident and ambitious.
Some said that he can be quite Chinaman.
Applied as an intern, but had the intention of applying for a full-time. Luckily the CEO was willing to offer.
Pros
You will be given opportunities.
Friendly staff/employees, good team. Willing to share, encourage and help out.
Driven company.
Neutral
Typical average fresh graduate salary.
(Can’t expect much)
Cons
Terms and conditions of employment are a bit unfair as compared to other companies. There is a fine line between strict and unreasonable. Moreover, what was said in the interview may not be in-line with the contract.
Difficult to compromise. Merely requested to conduct a performance review upon trial/probationary period but was replied coldly, as the annual performance review was standard.
Not a company for the feint of heart. The feedback that I’ve gotten was expect harsh criticisms, tight deadlines and overtime. Agency life eh?
Overall
It could potentially be a good company to start off your career with if you’re into a fast-paced and challenging environment. That is if your expectations are in line with theirs.
Negotiating is a bit hard. I tried, but maybe you can do better.
