It has 2 interviews, one phone interview, the other onsite. For onsite, unlike most of the other companies, it only has 2 rounds. For me, the first round was 1 : 1 and wrote code on the whiteboard, while the second round was through teleconferencing, we can see each other but coded on the shared coderpad. And since only 2 rounds, you need to make sure both of 2 rounds behave very well to possibly get the offer. Even one is a strong hire, the other is like the marginal hire, we will not get offer finally.
