      I interviewed with the company twice over the past couple of years, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I had a positive technical conversation with the hiring manager and was given a home assignment. I invested significant time in delivering a high-quality solution, but never received any feedback or update on my candidacy, which felt unprofessional. The second time, I interviewed for a senior role with a different manager. The process included a simple coding task. Based on prior experience with senior-level interviews—where minimal solutions were sometimes seen as not sufficiently strong—I chose a more structured approach. Instead of having a constructive discussion around the solution, the interaction became uncomfortable, with assumptions made about the origin of the code, and the conversation ended abruptly without meaningful feedback. Overall, the process felt inconsistent and at times unwelcoming. Improving candidate communication, providing feedback on assignments, and ensuring respectful, objective technical discussions would significantly improve the experience.
