I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nol-Tec Systems (Lino Lakes, MN) in Sept 2019
Interview
While the front desk associate was welcoming, the warm vibes stopped there. I had conversations with three different people, all looked at me like I was wasting their time, one even said "I don't know why I'm here or what you will be doing but supposedly we will be interacting with each other so I had to have a say." At the end of the interview I got a tour though again everyone I walked past in the shop gave me a stink eye. Needless to say I was not disappointed when I didn't get a call back.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nol-Tec Systems (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2022
Interview
Asked strange questions regarding compensation but would not offer any insight back. Felt like they wanted a higher performer without paying for one. Disliked the feel from the interview. Would recommend paying for top talent if that's what you want!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nol-Tec Systems (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview was short, there was no tour and I left not even knowing what the job entailed. They asked a handful of scripted questions and any time I tried to have a full conversation they would shut me down and keep reading for their script.
