I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Really quick - 2 phone calls. Then an in person interview. They wanted to make sure I could talk on the phone cause that was really all the interview was about. On my 1-1 I was just talking about what I like to do and nothing about the company itself
I applied through university. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
An interview with managers about the position and job shadowing following the interview process. They mainly wanted to see how well you would fit into the culture and if you’re comfortable with the job details. Very informative interview and a team collaboration culture.
It was a phone call with a recruiter. I was asked standard interview questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses and how many hours I could work. Also asked what my hobbies were.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Alpharetta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Applied online, had a phone interview and a face to face interview afterwards. Whole process was pretty standard, however it would have been nice for HR to mention the hours needed to get the job. It was not until the face to face interview when I was told that 30 hours were required as I did not have that range of availability during school.
