After applying, I only received one invitation for an online test, which appeared to be a basic appitude assessment. Unfortunately, there was no clear explanation about the evaluation criteria or how the results would be used.
What concerned me the most is that I did not receive any feedback or insight into my test performance. Shortly after completing the test, I was sent a rejection letter without any explanation. This made the process feel unclear and somewhat unfair.
I believe that providing at least basic feedback or more transparency in the selection process would greatly improve the candidate experience. Clear communication is important, especially for applicants who invest time and effort into the process.
