An email sent from the IT manager to set up an in person interview, no initial phone interview. The first interview was with the IT manager, who sold the position as one that did not have after hours or weekend responsibilities. I would find out in my first week that was false, and I was expected to perform maintenance every Sunday, and be expected to be available at all times.
The second interview was again with the IT manager, a primary member of HR, and the head of the IT department. Much of their time was spent bad mouthing the employee I was being considered to replace, who had already given his notice but was at his desk just outside the door.
