If you are asked to proceed to the next step, they follow up with a live video interview with another Noom representative who will ask you more about yourself and also answer any questions you have. They are very welcoming and friendly through the entire process . The final step is a phone call where any further details about the position are discussed. All communication is via email throughout the entire process, but there is lots of communication throughout, as to what to expect next.
