Honestly, this process was super straight forward and clear for me. It was better than expected as I had read some reviews (positive and negative). I felt like the onboarding team, in my case, made the whole experience clear, easy to understand and didn't waste time. I applied online for the Virtual Health Coach position. About two days later I received a request for a timed written interview plus short video upload. I was then notified that I was invited to do a second interview which would be a mock coaching online interview experience. It was easy to schedule my preferred time. You are sent very clear instructions for the mock coaching session with exactly what they are looking for. I completed that and the next day received an email for a request for video interview. I had my video interview with with an awesome coach manager. She made the experience so relaxed and fun. Yes, she asked some tough questions but we had a great discussion. It then took about 5 days to get my offer letter. I won't say the interviews were easy because they are meant to challenge you. The process of hiring was great though and they tell you every step of the way what will be next.
