Application, six question questionnaire and short video explaining coaching keys to success, mock interview with an HR representative for 45 minutes with a pretend client who will be very challenging to
deal with.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
