Several stages, all were unique. You were able to showcase your coaching skills as well as meet with an individual from the team. I felt like it was a process that made sense given the role.

Interview
Started with a set of user prompts that required a thoughtful/helpful response. (timed)
Submit a short intro video to tell a little about yourself.
Then, you have a live mock coaching session with an interviewer to test your skills and coaching style.
Finally, if you make it this far, you will get a 45 min live video interview with someone from the Noom hiring department. It is a typical interview with some challenging questions, but is definitely casual and not too "stuffy".
