My interview was cut 10 min short so I was not able to ask questions about the company and position like I was told I could. Overall, Noom was an amazing company with a great vision. I wish I could have been a part of it, or at the least, been provided feedback when I did not advance to the next round

Question 1
Long term vision for the industry and where Noom fits in
Went through many rounds of interviews with the team, including live product design and strategy case studies.
It ultimately wasn’t a fit, but the recruiting team was amazing throughout the process, and had the decency to follow-up with feedback and a conversation at the end of the process. This is how people should be treated!

Interview
Many steps. 1) Recruiter screen 2) Hiring manager call 3) Live product case 4) XF team interviews 5) Additional interview with hiring manager and 6) Meeting with CPO
The recruiter was knowledgeable and pleasant. However, my experience with the hiring manager raised red flags about the team culture, and I did not proceed further.
