Application, 3 min video, virtual test, 1hr Zoom interview. All of these things were pretty easy but it was a long process to get through all of the stages. I was waitlisted but then offered a job after about a month.

Tell me about a time you overcame a disagreement with a coworker.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
