I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nordic Semiconductor (Trondheim) in Sept 2020
Interview
The interview had an initial call for introduction and afterwards 3 hour on site interview with 3 people. 1 high level manager, 1 team lead and 1 developer.
The interview had a technical part where I got asked to write C code on a white board. The questions were mainly regarding pointers and memory usage. It was not very tough and not too easy based on my experience. There were no tricky questions and the interviewers maintained a good atmosphere.
