I applied online and completed 2 rounds of interviews. They were both with a panel but only one person asked the questions while the others took notes. For the second round, I was emailed a "performance task" a few days before where I was asked to describe how I would conduct a 10-minute therapy session for a hypothetical student given some case history and current goals. They didn't take applicant questions during the first round, and during the second round I was told that they "had time for one question" from me.
