We create our take-home challenges as a way to assess a candidate’s technical skills and also give candidate’s the opportunity to assess us and whether or not they would enjoy an aspect of the role. We always offer a suggested time for completion as to be respectful of our candidates' time and busy schedules. To cater to this, we tailor the challenges in a manner that they can be comfortably completed within the time suggested. We apologize if you felt that the 3 hours suggested on your particular challenge didn’t suffice. We appreciate this feedback and our Recruitment team will re-evaluate this challenge and bring it to our Product team's attention.
