Met with heads of youth ministry for each campus and discussed qualifications, vision, mission, and experience. Was asked how I would make changes to the program as well as continue to grow the church.

Contact before the interview was just by email, not phone (which I was fine with). The interview was laid back and casual, in an open space but no one else around.

Was connected with promptly after applying and they seemed to genuinely care about my fit with the role. Moved through the interview process swiftly and efficiently. I experienced good communication and believe the expectations were laid out accurately for me.
