I applied online. I interviewed at Northeast Ohio Medical University
Interview
The individuals conducting the interviews (phone and in person) were very welcoming and professional, but the process as a whole was very long and drawn out. While I understand everyone is very busy, I had already received multiple job offers weeks later before hearing back from NEOMED. Not ideal for candidates or the departments looking for employees for the process to take so long once the job application was taken down.

Interview
I was called in July and asked to come in to interview with a group of about 7 people. Over the next two months I had two more interviews. The second interview was 3 hours long and with 3 different sets of people, a total of 22 were invited to be a part of the interview, but I believe there were less available on that day. The last interview was 1-on-1 with the person I would be working most closely with. The time for each interview dictated to me, with no real feeling of flexibility and because I wanted to take full advantage of the opportunity, I even took PTO at my current role to accommodate 3 interviews over 2 months. In-between each interview I waited approximately two weeks. About 2 weeks after the last interview, the status of my application was changed to "position filled" and this is how I found out I was not chosen for the position. No one ever reached out to me or thanked me for my time and efforts. I was very excited about being a front-runner for this position, but ultimately had a bad experience due to how the process ended and generally feeling like my time was very disrespected.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northeast Ohio Medical University (Kent, OH) in Nov 2017
