I applied on LinkedIn, and was contacted within a week from the HR manager to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview was completed, the HR manager contacted me again to come on site. They started the interview by telling me about the company and the goals for the position, and then left me to put together a presentation of how I would achieve those goals as the VSM. They returned, I began presenting and they asked questions along the way. After the presentation, they asked some pointed questions about my resume. We then took a shop tour, and then I left. The entire interview took 2 hours, including the presentation and the shop tour.
