I applied online. I interviewed at Northeastern University
Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews and was never given an answer. I even emailed to ask for an update and was told I would get one soon, never got a reply. Terrible experience.
Then applied for another Assistant Director position about a year later - same exact thing. I spent time meeting face to face and got nowhere.

Interview
One remote interview that seemed a bit rushed/frazzled. Pretty straight forward, expected questions and they were fairly nice. The problem was I was ghosted. I understand if I wasn't right for the position, but even not responding to thank you emails is a bit much. Candidates deserve to know they weren't selected by the person who interviewed them.
