Wasn't greeted by anyone in the office, just taken through to a small room to meet the magazine editor (by his/her assistant).
The interview itself went well, although I found myself asking questions that the interviewer was not able to answer (and had to wait for a follow-up email).
He/she was very friendly and honest about the working environment (which was refreshing, given the company's reputation in the journalism industry). They showed real passion for the magazine and, if it wasn't for the low-ish salary, I would have loved to be part of the team.
Apparently the staff on magazines at this company are very friendly and socialize together outside of the company, which is rare in this industry. Definitely a bonus.
