Interview was conducted by phone and had two representatives from Northramp. One was clearly from HR and was running most of the interview. The other was currently in a similar role to the one I was interviewing for. The HR representative asked about credentials such as where I went to school, and past work experience. The Data Analyst asked far more targeted questions about how my past work applied to the role I was interviewing for. This set a pattern for the entire interview with the HR rep asking general questions, and the Analyst asking detailed, more technical questions. I was asked about challenges I faced professionally, how I solved problems, and why my skills would apply to this role. There is a follow-up technical interview which I have not gone to yet which will consist of at least 3-4 people from the company. overall the initial interview was very pleasant and the interviewers had me at ease and able to talk about myself early on in the interview. It was scheduled to be about 15 minutes, yet we had a lot to discuss and in total it lasted 30.
