It was short, with very pertinent questions asked. Was able to laugh during the interview process. I felt it was one of my better interviews that I was able to participate in. They have a list of questions that they are required to ask everybody and cannot deviate from them. That gives you the assurance of a quality interview process. However it also means that if they would like to know more about a related topic, they cannot ask it. Pros and cons about that. This is a job that they will train you for if you do not have the required license (though at a smaller rate). However you do need to pass a background check, a drivers history check, and a drug test. They are very particular about your drives history check (as required by law).
