Some rude, some very kind. No coherent approach and direction of recruitment. Felt a bit awkward at times but cool company and smart employees! Some drove a very management consulting vibe.

Interview
Fast and straightforward, interviewer was very friendly, the roles offered are pretty good they wanted to know our preference and our style of work and what we wanted to contribute as well
First round interview was about general fit. Quite standard interview questions were asked and potential next steps were discussed. Second round was a case interview with about an hour to work on it, then present findings.
