Interview
It started as a phone interview. Then I had an interview with the Managing Director at his office and the recruiting officer there. The whole process took less than two weeks. Before the contract can be finalized, you must pass a federal background check consisting of 2 finger printings. Also, you will be required to pass any insurance licensing exams needed.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
