Two round interview process. Very basic questions at first, they are just getting to know you. They are flexible with in person or video interview processes. Overall, friendly recruiter and good company mission.

What is some classes you have taken in college that are related to this role?
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
