Three-part process for the internship role. Very friendly interviewing process! Not exactly for me, but it could be for others. The interviewers are keen on self-starters for this role. Mostly commission based from what I was told so this is perfect for someone with that sort of aptitude.

Questions mostly were personality based as they intend to teach you most of the skills.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
