There was an assessment to determine personality type, which is what they use to see the type of employee you'd be, and then based on that they determine if they'd like to go further in the interview process.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
