I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual in Feb 2024
Interview
Phone call for preliminary behavioral interview, took about 30 minutes. Standard HR questions to screen people. Got distracted due to bad reviews about company and only sales opportunities being available.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
