The hiring manager reached out to me via phone, she briefly discussed the role with me and we scheduled an in person interview. I met with two of her colleagues and their boss. I received a call back the following day with a verbal offer.

Rather long, had four interviewers. Back to back questions. I prepared but I wasn't expecting to have questions being thrown at me without any follow up from my response. I didn't hear back for a while because of the volume of applicants for this position.
